El 13 de febrero del 2007, la banda anuncia que dejaba Virgin Records, y el 30 de abril del mismo año, deciden separarse. El 5 de junio, la banda anuncio planes para dos ultimos shows, uno en Filadelfia y otro en Nueva York.
