blitz fue una banda de punk de la calle new mill, derbyshare, inglaterra. Tuvieron mucho exito en las listas del reino unido en la decada de los 80. sus miembros eran punk & skin, aunque se les consideraba una banda Oi!, la misma banda decia que simplemente eran una banda punk.

Firmaron con el sello discográfico No Future en 1981, y su primer lanzamiento fue el EP All out attack  7''.
